The staff went above and beyond, especially Serdal, for pregnant guests. Shaheen at the front desk is helpful and speaks perfect English. Suites have Jacuzzis next to the bed. Comfortable bed, nice bathrooms, and good breakfast. Good value for money.
Nothing, all was good.

During our recent stay, we found this hotel to be surprisingly good value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the central location of the hotel. We were able to easily explore and experience everything the city has to offer, thanks to the hotel's convenient location close to major attractions and public transportation.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was pleasant, and we have no major complaints.

The staff members were very attentive and accommodating during our city break. We loved the fact that our room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and cozy sheets. the hotel was located in a safe and vibrant area, with plenty of shops and restaurants to explore.
Although our stay was pleasant, we did find some minor flaws in the hotel. For instance, the wi-fi connection was weak in some areas, which made it harder for us to stay connected with our loved ones back home.

The hotel's location was very convenient, as it was close to many important landmarks in the city. the hotel offered a good value for the money, considering that it was a budget hotel accommodating many in the busy New Year period. the breakfast provided was varied and nicely presented, which we appreciated.
The noise level from the outside was quite high, and the soundproofing of the rooms did not seem to be that effective. some aspects of the hotel, particularly the age of the facilities, were noticeable.

The hotel has a convenient location, close to everything you need. the staff is nice and friendly, offering a good service. the breakfast is tasty and varied. the rooms have comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and good facilities, such as air conditioning or a TV.
One aspect that needs improvement is noise isolation, as it is possible to hear the street noise from the outside.

The room was freezing with a broken window, and the beds were uncomfortable. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel was subpar. The noise from the traffic outside was unbearable, making it difficult to sleep. The hotel facilities were poorly maintained, with leaky showers and rusty fixtures. The breakfast consisted of dwindling options each day. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient, and the rooms were comfortable, with the option to have 2 single beds joined together. Lastly, the breakfast spread offered a variety of options to start the day off right.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.
